Title: Quick and Easy Sauteed Salmon Steaks

4 Salmon Steaks

1 tsp Soy Sauce (thin or mushroom) or fish sauce 4 slices lemon 1/2 red onion sliced and cut into half rings 2 tbs margerine 1/2 - 1 tsp garlic, minced In large and heavy non-stick skillet, melt margerine, add soy or oriental fish sauce and garlic. Let fuse and ad onion, allow to soften fully then and add salmon. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and continue another 4 to 5 minutes or until it easily flakes. Garnish with lemon slices.
